If the contract looks good and you are seriously considering purchasing a puppy from JMK Kennel please fill out our puppy application. After reviewing your application I will contact you though email with the next step of getting on our waiting list. Our waiting list is a $100 non refundable reservation.

After receiving your payment I will add you to our wait list. When we have a puppy available, i will contact you and collect a non-refundable $400 deposit. This deposit will hold your place in line for choosing your next puppy and will go towards the total purchase price of your puppy.
When we have puppies available i will contact you and make sure you are ready for your puppy if not you can delay to the next litter. I scheduled a pick out date around 6 weeks and then a pick up date around 8 weeks old. The remaining money will be due at Pick up date.
Puppy Contract

This will be the document that you sign after the litter you are in line for is born and you have placed your deposit to secured your place for picking order. reserving. I am in the middle of trying to figure out how to put a esign on there. For now once you place the deposit, and puppies are born I will fill out appropriate contract and email it to you for you to sign. Just want you to be able to read first.
